The new generation has it’s faults, just as the old school did, the whole noise movement was born out of a sort of post-modern dilettantism, but on the whole I find the new guard to have a better grasp of the origins and precursors of the movement and are able to incorporate their ideas in more concentrated and satisfying ways.
